What you’ll do
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for unique and multimodal datasets.
Train and evaluate frontier-scale models; own the loop from idea to prototype to production.
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with researchers to discover new methods. You might be a fit if you
Are a self-starter who thrives on coding autonomy and project collaboration.
Have deep ML chops (PyTorch/JAX), strong engineering fundamentals, and a record of shipping research to production.
Prefer clear principles, low ego and prefer collaboration over titles and politics.
Helpful backgrounds (any of the following)
Novel discovery through published work (NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR).
Founded or led an AI/research company.
