Key Responsibilities
* Manage Full Recruitment Lifecycle: source, screen, interview, offer, and onboard top-tier candidates.
* Bulk Up Talent Pipelines: leverage innovative sourcing strategies to discover LATAM and U.S.-based technical talent pools.
* Employ Multiple Sourcing Tools: internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling to find ideal candidates.
* Evaluate Candidates: compare qualifications to job requirements and conduct initial screening interviews.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
* Full-Cycle Recruiting Expertise: 3-5+ years of experience in agency settings or high-growth tech environments.
* Technical Recruitment Proficiency: proven ability to recruit diverse Information Technology roles.
* Business Acumen: understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
* Technical Competence: proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.
