Job Description
This role involves designing responsive web pages, funnels, and digital experiences with a strong focus on UX and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). You will work closely with clients, marketing leads, and developers to ensure that your designs meet their needs and goals.
Responsibilities:
* Designing wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for web pages, funnels, and digital experiences.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate project scopes into actionable design solutions.
* Iterating designs based on feedback from clients, marketing leads, and performance data.
* Maintaining brand consistency while customizing designs for each client's audience, product, and funnel goals.
Requirements:
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma with a strong portfolio of web and mobile UI/UX projects.
- Solid experience designing subscription-based funnels, landing pages, and checkout flows.
- Strong understanding of CRO principles and ability to design based on data, intent, and behavior.
- Ability to deliver fast turnarounds without sacrificing quality.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
