Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in facilitating the Agile process and ensuring that teams work together effectively.
Your primary responsibility will be to coach and guide development teams through the Agile methodology, focusing on iterative progress toward well-defined goals.
Responsibilities

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* At least 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with proven track record of success.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
* Experience with Jira or similar project management tools is a plus.
