Job Title: Technical Program Manager
The role of a Technical Program Manager/Delivery Manager is pivotal in overseeing the delivery of key projects across various technological domains. This position necessitates strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to foster a productive work environment.
* Manage key customer deliveries
* Lead teams across multiple technologies
* Provide regular updates to customer stakeholders
* Conduct MBRs and QBRs
* Ensure high customer satisfaction
1. Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
2. Collaborate closely with customers and project stakeholders to ensure accurate project scope documentation
3. Manage and lead teams across various technologies
4. Work in conjunction with PMO to implement quality control procedures
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery matters
6. Attend Service/Project Review meetings with customers and management
7. Develop and maintain an understanding of customer-specific processes and methodologies
8. Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks
9. Ensure project teams meet specified SLAs and avoid service credits/penalties
10. Promote continuous improvement initiatives
11. Employ effective conflict resolution and negotiation techniques
12. Establish and track KRAs and KPIs
13. Support hiring efforts for various technology tracks
14. Verify that SOWs are signed and Invoices cleared in a timely manner
