Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment and marketing agency, you will play a crucial role in helping doctors and healthcare organizations thrive by connecting them with underserved communities.
This is not just about metrics and campaigns; it's about using marketing as a force for change. You will work closely with our recruitment and strategy team to design and implement strategic marketing campaigns aimed at attracting qualified doctors to the regions where they are needed most.
Your responsibilities will include designing and executing localized marketing strategies to attract doctors and patients, collaborating with recruitment and client teams to understand doctor profiles and community needs, running digital paid campaigns to build awareness and trust, and managing content creation with a focus on human-centered storytelling.
You will also establish marketing processes and systems that can be replicated across multiple regions and healthcare organizations, measure and optimize campaigns based on data, and manage a marketing trainee.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in marketing, good level in English, experience in marketing agencies or start-ups, B2B + B2C experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, passion for healthcare or community building, and hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, WordPress/HTML, and analytics platforms.
