Job Description:
Following years of development we have launched our fund, and with it an ambitious portfolio of projects. We need a great project organiser, entrepreneur and servant-leader to help us finish up our data room, support our negotiations then help us deliver the projects once fundraising is complete, ahead of COP 30. With the opportunity to then join the team permanently, leading your division. Remotely now, then in the field, at a custom-built work village.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the team with additional R & D as we plan our initial project areas
* Assist the team with negotiations and creating compelling proposals
* Help us plan and begin delivering our initial project in the Amazon

Required Skills & Experience:
- A love and care for forest communities and Native culture
* A zealous attitude to data, process and structuring forest projects
* Experience developing real estate, conservation and carbon programs
* Previous experience working in a fund would we awesome, if available
* A passion for entrepreneurship and empowering others to succeed
* To be versed with EOS and similar performance-focused structures
