Niit is seeking a professional to fill the role of Training Coordinator.
This position supports clients in Frankfurt and works closely with the learning delivery team.
The key responsibilities include:
* Analyzing training needs provided by clients and determining the number of sessions required.
* Managing requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where necessary.
* Organizing training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability and ensuring their proper execution.
* Coordinating with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program.
* Supporting completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoicing as needed.
* FOLLOWING AND ENSURING ADHERENCE TO WORKFLOW AND PROCESSES USING CRM TOOL
* EARNER SUPPORT LEVEL 2
The ideal candidate should have:
* 2 to 4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* Exposure to an international work environment.
* A high-level understanding of the training landscape.
* A customer service-oriented approach.
* The ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
* Attention to detail, structured, and organized, capable of prioritizing activities.
* Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM.
* Knowledge of Cornerstone or any other LMS is an added advantage.
