Overview / Responsibilities
Build and maintain the interfaces for QuintoAndar's products, with a focus on iOS and Android platforms and Flutter as the main engine to cross-build apps that provide excellent user experiences.
Define best practices, build features from scratch, validate tools, and deliver high-quality user experiences using strong software engineering practices.
Work in a diverse, multidisciplinary team across the full feature delivery lifecycle: brainstorming with designers, architectural design for mobile and backend solutions, coding, and deployment to production.
Collaborate to leverage each other’s skills and contribute to a culture of learning, experimentation, and quality.
Projects and Experience
News about projects include migrating a Flutter monorepo with multi-team collaboration for owners, tenants, buyers, and property seekers.
Design System implementation in Flutter using Atomic Design patterns to create cohesive interfaces.
Developed an app for Future Tenants and Buyers used by millions across Brazil, focused on user experience.
Optimized property search map experience with measurable improvements in conversions and performance.
Requirements
A passion for designing, implementing, and delivering amazing user experiences.
Experience developing applications for Android and/or iOS (Flutter, React Native, Java, Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C).
Experience using APIs to build data-rich products.
Experience in building and deploying consumer-oriented products.
Strong fundamentals in Software Engineering.
Interest in learning and using Flutter to build cross-platform mobile applications.
Nice to have
Developed large, cross-platform Flutter applications.
Experience with End-to-End and Integration testing.
Ability to read and write React code.
Experience in complex mobile apps within multi-team environments and contributing to team processes.
Experience optimizing mobile performance and handling high-complexity notifications and CRM workflows.
Knowledge of computer science theory, algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
Flexibility to learn other programming languages and take calculated risks in development.
