A leading international life sciences company is looking for a
Business Analyst
to support the development of an
Access Rights Management application
. This role is key to ensuring efficient, secure, and innovative solutions across our global network of laboratories.
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with stakeholders and product owners to gather and translate business needs into functional requirements.
Creating workflows, system designs, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Supporting Agile teams with requirement clarification and documentation.
Using
BDD tools (Cucumber or similar)
to define and verify functionality.
Conducting UAT testing and assisting in application validation.
Analysing and improving existing access control processes.
Ensuring IAM policies and best practices are followed.
Supporting user training, workshops, and smooth adoption of systems.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
3–7 years' experience
as a Business/Functional Analyst.
Experience with UML, Visio, (domain models, activity diagrams, workflows).
Strong experience in Agile methodologies, user story creation, and backlog management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar).
Experience delivering user training and application demos.
Excellent communication skills in
English
(written and spoken).
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Knowledge or experience in
Identity and Access Management (IAM)
is a plus.
