In this role, you will build and launch our operations in Argentina from zero. You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with the GM and regional leadership to stand up the operation end‑to‑end and ensure the engine runs with precision, discipline, and speed. The ideal candidate is a natural builder and leader—someone with a relentless “how we make it happen” mindset, deeply data‑driven, and obsessed with operational excellence.

You will own the operation end‑to‑end with full P&L responsibility, driving performance across supply, picking, and delivery. This role requires relentless execution, strong analytical rigor, and close collaboration with Tech and Product to scale what works. The ideal candidate:

* Build and run operations from scratch, with full P&L ownership.
* Deliver growth, profitability, and operational targets from day one.
* Translate regional strategy into execution on the ground.
Launch & Operate Relentlessly
* Stand up operations client by client—field‑first, hands‑on, and fast.
* Own daily execution across picking, packing, and last‑mile delivery.
* Identify gaps, solve problems in real time, and drive continuous improvement.
Drive Performance & Efficiency
* Track and optimize core KPIs (on time, quality, cost, fulfillment).
* Control costs and design smart incentives to maximize productivity and margins.
* Ensure disciplined, scalable processes powered by technology.
Be the Face to Clients
* Work directly with clients—build trust, solve issues, and drive expansion.
* Own the end‑customer experience and continuously raise the bar.
* Act as the go‑to operator for complex, high‑stakes situations.
Build the Machine (Team + Supply)
* Recruit, train, and lead high‑performing operational teams on the ground.
* Design and execute supply strategies to attract and retain top independent workers.
* Instill a culture of ownership, speed, and accountability.
Requirements
* Live Ops Leadership: Proven experience running high‑pressure, real‑time operations (dispatch, last‑mile, on‑demand or similar) with full ownership on the ground.
* Operator: 8+ years in ops;
track record launching and scaling from scratch.
* Startup DNA: Experience in high‑growth environments (e.G., Uber, Rappi, or new BUs).
* P&L Ownership: Strong command of unit economics, costs, pricing, and margins.
* Data‑Driven: Advanced analytical skills;
expert in Sheets/Excel (modeling, pivots).
* Field Leader: Hands‑on, thrives in chaos;
operates directly in the field.
* Execution Machine: High resilience, speed, and extreme ownership under pressure.
