Chief Information Technology Specialist - This includes knowledge of network devices, such as switches, routers, and wireless access points, preferably CISCO, Riverbed. Key Responsibilities:- Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues efficiently. - Support network devices and hardware troubleshooting. - Work closely with internal teams, customer teams, and remote technical specialists to identify and resolve issues. - Manage basic server tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations following SLA guidelines. Required Skills:- Basic knowledge of network devices and operating systems. - Understanding of VLANs and switch port configuration. - Troubleshooting skills for Avaya VOIP phones and basic configuration knowledge. - Experience in fiber link troubleshooting and blade replacement. - Knowledge of data center infrastructure management applications. - Monitoring tool expertise, including Solarwinds. - Networking and operating system basics. - Assist network and data center admins during technical troubleshooting. - Knowledge of backup technologies, preferably EMC Avamar. - Server performance monitoring and Windows 2003 Active Directory structure understanding. - SLA base environment experience. - Minimum 3-5 years'' experience in related fields.
