Role Overview
The Affiliate Marketing Manager will lead the entire affiliate marketing process, driving performance and ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.
* Performance Reporting: Download and prepare performance reports using proprietary analytics tools for End of Week (EOW), End of Month (EOM), and End of Year (EOY) deliverables.
* Compliance Monitoring: Conduct weekly checks of affiliate sites for valid/invalid promotion codes and send templated emails to partners in violation.
* Outreach for Corrections: Send outbound templated emails to partners requesting corrections for compliance violations.
* BrandVerity Checks: Perform semi-weekly checks to monitor for trademark infringements and follow up with violators.
* KPI Oversight: Track daily client KPIs, compare results to defined guardrails, and flag discrepancies to the Account Manager.
* Monthly Recaps: Process monthly voids/edits and compile comprehensive recaps for internal review.
* Publisher Outreach: Assist in building publisher lists by researching contacts for provided publisher lists.

* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing.
* Familiarity with Commission Junction or similar affiliate tools, and BrandVerity or similar platforms.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
* Experience managing multiple clients or brands a plus.
* Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
