Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned IT recruiter to join our team as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top technical talent in the industry.
* You will work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide them with a shortlist of qualified candidates.
* Through your extensive network and research skills, you will source and evaluate potential candidates, ensuring that they meet the required technical and business needs.
* Your ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates will be crucial in driving successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, engage, and explore candidates' motivation and interest, validating their skills and competencies, and presenting quality talents in a timely manner.
* In-depth technical evaluation and assessment of technology candidates.
* Participate in full-cycle recruitment and staffing assignments for both contract and permanent placement opportunities, for clients in the Technology, Finance, and Corporate sectors.
* Create job descriptions and post jobs on various job sites and databases.
* Network, research databases, contact, source, collect, screen applications, select, examine, evaluate, and interview candidates.
* Prepare a qualified short list of prospective candidates.
* Coordinate and notify candidates on requirements for the prospective position, job offers, contracts, terms, and conditions of employment.
* Learn and utilize sourcing techniques such as Boolean-equation, job boards, and professional networking site mining.
* Partner and collaborate with other recruiters through teamwork, imparting your knowledge, experience, skills, and advice on staffing policies and procedures.
* Coordinate presentation of candidates to prospective clients.
* Prepare reporting on activities and results.
Requirements:
* 5+ years in recruitment, including IT recruitment experience.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in DIRECT HEADHUNTING of permanent and contract technology candidates.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment agencies with full cycle, direct recruiting calls to candidates all the way to present to the client.Must have in-depth technical evaluation experience. You should be able to fully assess the candidate's technical skills.
* VERY STRONG networking and relationship-building skills.
* Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
* STRONG teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
* 2+ years of sales support or marketing experience
* 2+ years of social media engagement, especially on LinkedIn.
* IT Knowledge
* VERY familiar with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Working experience with MS Word, CRM, or ATS systems.
* 1+ years working with U.S. or Canadian markets.
* 1+ years of sales experience with strong client relationship skills.
