Senior Google Ads Specialist
About the Role:
This role is designed for experienced Google Ads specialists who want to take their skills to the next level. As a Senior Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns for multiple SaaS accounts. Your goal will be to generate high-quality leads and drive revenue growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for 8-12 SaaS accounts with budgets ranging from $5k to $50k per month.
* Optimize Google Ads based on HubSpot data to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
* Launch and iterate experiments weekly to improve ad copy, offers, and landing pages.
* Analyze lead-to-SQL-to-revenue metrics to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase pipeline growth.
* Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive business decisions.
* Run monthly reviews with clients to set expectations, pitch growth plays, and provide progress updates.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads management, specifically for B2B SaaS (with a proven track record of SQL generation).
* Fluency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, as well as Google Tag Manager.
* Ability to manage 5+ accounts solo, with a proactive mindset and minimal hand-holding required.
* Copywriting skills to craft compelling search ads that turn complex SaaS value propositions into irresistible offers.
* Independent thinking and expert-level communication with clients.
* Able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines.
