Job Sumary
Develop and coordinate the administrative activities of the Communication & Customer Care LATAM area executing processes and routines, aiming at meeting the needs of promotion and disclosure of products, services, and company image.
Job Function And Responsibility
Monitoring the area's budget, procurement processes, negotiating with suppliers, seeking new alternatives for marketing materials and suppliers;
Organizing and monitoring the savings and budget projects update and all open contracts;
Internal logistic support;
Marketing team support in materials logistics for events and fairs. Important that this analyst beyond graduation is essential to have knowledge and experience around marketing and monitoring projects and action plans.
Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge and functional and technical administrative area;
Advanced knowledge of the office, - excel advanced;
Fluency in English and Intermediary Spanish
