Job Definition
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven professional who can help us identify, evaluate, and pursue opportunities in various areas. Key responsibilities include:
* Scouting and assessing opportunities in the public sector via procurement portals in different countries;
* Supporting proposal preparation by gathering relevant data and documentation;
* Crafting project references and CVs tailored to meet tender requirements;
* Collaborating with team members to maintain an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Fluency in Portuguese, with business-level proficiency in German and English (B2-C1);
* Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills;
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive, able to take ownership and motivated to learn quickly;
* Interest in public sector processes, international collaboration, and technology-driven projects;
* Previous experience with procurement in the public sector will be seen as a plus.
