Job Title: Technical Service Analyst, PL/SQL Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Technical Service Analyst with expertise in client-facing roles and PL/SQL to join our team. As part of our growth as a card processor, you will play a crucial role in establishing positive relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing top-notch services and support.
Your Responsibilities:
* To establish strong rapport with clients and develop long-term relationships by understanding their business objectives and expectations.
* Assist in evaluating client business requirements, effort estimation, and guiding clients to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Participate in converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and learn how to present them internally and externally.
* Gain knowledge of identifying critical business impact issues from Service Desk.
* Assist with documents and maintenance to clients' system environments by keeping records of client functionality, environment, and client-specific documentation.
* Participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project as well as client activities such as Payment Card Industry audits and internal projects.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience or degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
