Location Operations Manager
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Location Operations Manager to lead our location operations team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering commercial, financial, and operating results for a location.
Key responsibilities:
* Align operational strategies with commercial goals
* Lead the location operations team to deliver commercial and financial operating results
* Support the preparation, presentation, and achievement of the location's annual business plan and budget
Requirements:
* Strong presence in daily functions of all product areas (Front of the House, Back of the House, F&B, Kitchen, CoWork, Experience)
* In-depth understanding of the brand, product, and standards
* Daily rounds of the location to ensure product compliance with brand standards

Others:
* Active participation in the implementation of environmental health and safety plans
* Leading the recruitment and selection process for open positions at the location
Commercial direction:
The successful candidate will be responsible for fully understanding the commercial direction and vision for the location, which includes rooms, food and beverage, and experience. They will collaborate with the Commercial team and manager to review forecasted revenue, ADR & Occupancy, and generate local partnerships to promote the Selina Brand.
Experience:
The Location Operations Manager will actively analyze guest experience results with the Operations Team to understand the gap from the target, and set clear action plans to improve customer satisfaction and desired achieve goals. They will also support and manage an environment to provide a positive experience in all the Selina Communities (guests/visitors, employees & community).
