Visão geral do cargo:
**Job Purpose**
- To manage, coach and develop the technical support team, in order to deal with all technical issues related to Novelis products such as quality, performance, new products and developments besides to gather customer needs and demands, aiming to meet the good customer satisfaction and loyalty. To improve the customer relationship on daily basis routine in order to develop the best partnership relation to ensure the customer loyalty aiming the sustainable growth and profitability of Novelis in the line with long term business goals.

**Job Context & Major Challenges**
- Monitoring the Novelis products performance on daily basis routine to avoid big impacts on the customer’s performance plant or customer returns;
- To be a Novelis technical representative face to any crisis related to Novelis quality problem issues or low performance. To give all technical support to customer to solve problems of low performance of can or end line facilities;
- Novelis South America canning market share is 95% it´s tends to request outstanding service of customer technical support team;
- Gather customers needs and demands thought out the quarterly quality and performance review meeting looking forward to tendencies of changes with potential of impacts on the customer returns or can plant performance of customers;
- Very quickly analyses with data and information of any problem of customer performance facilities with clear communication to Novelis staff in order to take preventive or corrective actions as fast as possible and clear communication and feedback to customer as well to avoid any misunderstood to avoid relationship problem.

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Use external support of Novelis Technical Service to improve the knowledge of the team related to can and line production process, quality issues and performance;
- Daily monitoring Novelis products performance on the customer’s facilities providing technical support to prevent and avoid big impacts on the customer results to guarantee the Novelis brand as a worldwide class;
- Organize regular quarterly quality and performance review meeting on the customers to collect customer´s complain, customer needs and demands;
- Provide quickly to Novelis staff all, analyses, data and information related to low performance on the customers facilities in order to take preventive or corrective actions to improve performance and reduce customer’s returns;
- Create a benchmarking related to competitors in order to compare and find best performances products.

Responsabilidades e qualificaÃ-ões:
**Skills, Knowledge, Experience**
- Higher Education Degree: Business Administration, among other related areas;
- Experience in the position.
