Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our international team and support business development activities in the public sector across various countries.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Identify opportunities in the public sector via procurement portals in different countries, assess their viability, and develop strategies for successful bid submissions.
2. Support the preparation of proposals by gathering relevant data and documentation, creating compelling project references and CVs tailored to meet tender requirements.
3. Collaborate with team members to maintain an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Fluent Portuguese language skills, with proficient business-level proficiency in German and English (B2-C1).
* Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications, particularly MS-Excel, and effective use of MS-Teams for collaboration.
* Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work under pressure.
* Reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to learn quickly, with a passion for public sector processes, international collaboration, and technology-driven projects.
