About the CompanyWe are looking for a detail-oriented LATAM Accountant to support our regional finance operations across Argentina, Brazil, and Peru. This role is key to ensuring accurate financial records, supporting month-end close processes, and maintaining compliance with local regulations. You will work closely with regional and corporate teams, gaining exposure to both traditional finance and fintech operations.About the RoleResponsibilitiesAccounting & AP ManagementManage the full Accounts Payable cycle, including invoice processing and validation.Record daily accounting entries with proper classification.Manage FIAT transactions, including bank movements and currency exchanges.Support AUM accounting and ensure accurate portfolio reporting.Closing & Financial ReportingExecute month-end and year-end close processes.Perform balance sheet reconciliations (banks, intercompany, accruals).Support variance analysis and reporting.Ensure alignment with corporate accounting standards.Audit & CompliancePrepare audit documentation and support external audits.Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations.Prepare regulatory reports for local authorities.Qualifications2+ years of experience in accounting roles (fintech, financial services preferred).Experience with full accounting cycle and statutory reporting.Knowledge of LATAM regulations (especially Argentina).Advanced English;
