The instructor will deliver official VMware/Broadcom training to students and professionals in a virtual & live environment. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, facilitating engaging learning sessions, assessing participant progress, and providing feedback to support skill development. Effective communication and teaching techniques are essential for ensuring a high-quality learning experience.QualificationsIt is mandatory that you must hold a valid VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification.Proficiency in Japanese with strong communication skills and the ability to engage learners effectivelySolid understanding of course content structureProven experience or certification in VMware and/or Broadcom training programsAbility to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to different learning stylesFamiliarity with virtual training tools and platformsRelevant teaching/training certification(s) is a plusIt is highly desirable that you have already passed the VMware Instructor Certification Workshop (ICW). This 5-day workshop, however we will provide all necessary training to become a VCI.
