Job Title: Contract Recruiter (Part-Time, Commission-Based)
Overview
We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to support active client job searches by sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates. This is a part-time, commission-based opportunity with the potential to quickly transition into a monthly retainer position based on performance. As a Contract Recruiter, you will leverage your own tools and resources (such as LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify talent and contribute directly to client hiring success.

What You'll Do
Source candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
Screen candidates to assess alignment with active job requirements
Submit qualified candidates for open roles
Conduct outreach to engage potential candidates and promote opportunities
Present candidates in a clear and professional manner to clients
Support client hiring goals by delivering strong candidate pipelines
Contribute to market insights by sharing candidate trends and feedback

Required
What You Bring
