Growth Marketer – Part-Time (Room to Grow into Head of Marketing)
Join us at Go! Running Tours as a Growth Marketer. This role is part‑time with 25 hours per week and a monthly salary of USD 1,400. You’ll work directly with the founder, Lena, and have minimal internal meetings (2–3 per week). The position is open to candidates who can balance a full‑time job and enjoy a high‑energy, collaborative environment.
About the role
As Growth Marketer you will be responsible for all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients in a rapidly growing travel and touring company. Your primary focus will be on email marketing, digital advertising, and creating insights that help the business scale.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimise email marketing campaigns including newsletters, automated flows and retention strategies.
Own digital advertising efforts on Meta and Google, explore new platforms, set budgets and track performance.
Build and analyse data‑driven insights, create automation workflows and optimise funnels to improve conversion.
Develop case studies, sponsorship proposals and pitch bold ideas that reach new runners and corporate clients.
Research new markets, technologies and trends, test initiatives in one market and scale successful pilots.
Work closely with the founder on strategy and daily execution, providing clear updates and results.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in B2C/B2B marketing, especially email and paid media.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build data pipelines, interpret metrics and use insights to drive actions.
Creative writing skills and the ability to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences.
Fast learner, collaborative, detail oriented and comfortable working remotely.
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot) and ad platforms is a plus.
