Key Account Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key player in driving business growth, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients.
* In Charge of Existing Clients (API Wholesale Online - API Retail Offline - WebShopping Account) Within the assigned territory.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Acquisition of new key accounts within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities include:
1. Conducting regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
2. Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
3. Preparing and presenting reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
