Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to support and enhance our IT service management environment. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of ITSM processes, CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related modules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement ITSM workflows and modules.
* Perform platform administration tasks including user management, roles, and permissions.
* Assist in integrations and customizations as needed.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
* Participate in testing and deployment activities.
* Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
* Maintain documentation for development and configuration.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience with ITSM focus.
* Experience with platform administration and configuration.
* Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
* Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Experience with AI, Virtual Agent, Robot Process Automation (RPA).
