Spearhead business process improvement by analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure technology aligns with organizational objectives.
* Analyze business needs, creating detailed specifications for development teams.
* Collaborate with developers and architects to design solutions that meet business needs.
* Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Essential Requirements (Hard Skills):
* Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years in a business analysis or process improvement role.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
* Languages: Advanced English and/or French.
Tools and Abilities:
* Proficiency in business analytics tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio.
* Experience with project management software such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, and Asana.
* Knowledge in SQL and experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL.
* Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Soft Skills:
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead project activities.
