Country / Market Sales Manager - This is an individual contributor role focused on industrial B2B sales, market development, channel/distributor expansion, and customer relationship management within the assigned country. This position is hands-on and execution-focused. The role requires strong industrial B2B sales experience, the ability to manage long sales cycles, and proven capability to develop customers and channels in the local market. This role is best suited for experienced sales professionals who are actively involved in market development and customer acquisition, rather than purely strategic or executive-level leadership roles.
