* Preparing managerial reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting insights and recommendations based on data.
* Establishing controls and procedures to maximize efficiency across company areas.
* Creating and implementing data analysis solutions for management.
* Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operational data to support decision-making.
* Acting as a communication link between company areas to facilitate collaboration and achieve common goals.
* Analyzing complex data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
* Organizing and coordinating sales (revenue) and cost (expenses) planning meetings to develop budgets aligned with demands and execution capacity.
* Monitoring and controlling budgets, identifying deviations and opportunities, and proposing corrective actions.
* Planning and monitoring expenses, seeking cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
