**What are we looking for?**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing and correlates
- Solid background in marketing
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese, English and Spanish (Desireble)
- Robust leadership skills
- Managing vision and purpose as a strenght
- Experience in FMCG companies
**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
- Define long term strategy and detail short and medium term plans for Mars Wrigley and Food Brands.
- Lead Brand Managers team, accountable for strategy, communication and brand P&Ls.
- Accountable for Portfolio strategy in Brazil (portfolio assortment, product adaptation and pricing strategy);
- Accountable for New Business and Licensing area.
- Through leading the area, deliver business target results (NSV, market share, equity measures and profitability).
- Responsible to provide a category business diagnosis and follow up analysis that considers market indicators, competition and consumer analysis, to support business decisions
