IT Support Specialist Role
As an IT support specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional computer and IT system support to our global teams. This position demands a harmonious blend of customer service skills and technical abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
* Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware problems
* Ensure timely updates on ticket progress to customers
* Collaborate with customers remotely to resolve problems
* Utilize internal knowledge bases to provide and find solutions to known issues
* Research and resolve issues using external information when needed
* Consistently update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes
* Properly escalate issues to necessary parties as required
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Associate's Degree student preferably in Information Systems or equivalent program, or a proven track record of IT experience required
* Experience delivering IT solutions within corporate and/or enterprise environments
* Experience working in mixed Mac and Windows environments
* Desired qualifications and skills include experience in the advertising and/or marketing industry, centrally managed computer environments, and A/V environment support
