Role Overview
Join a remote team of skilled Full Stack Engineers to design, implement and maintain end-to-end technical solutions. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy coding, thrive on problem-solving and can independently drive projects from idea to delivery.
You'll work on diverse initiatives, from enhancing Salesforce with custom code and integrations, to maintaining web platforms, developing internal tools, and creating AI-powered automations. You'll also collaborate with external development teams to ensure technical alignment across systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as Salesforce administrator and developer: configure workflows, write Apex code, manage integrations, and ensure Salesforce remains the company's single source of truth.
* Translate business requirements into functional, scalable technical solutions across the stack.
* Maintain and improve company web properties, including PHP-based systems and WordPress.
* Build internal tools and process improvements (automation scripts, data cleanup utilities, dashboards, and reporting solutions).
* Solve ad hoc technical challenges across departments with end-to-end ownership.
* Coordinate with external development partners to ensure cross-system compatibility and alignment.
* Take ownership of your projects—gather requirements, plan, develop, and deliver.
* Apply critical thinking when balancing speed, scalability, and usability.
* Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development and testing.
* Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Contribute to all stages of the development lifecycle: design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Hands-on Salesforce expertise (Apex, Flows, integrations, and data management) is mandatory.
* Solid coding experience in at least two of the following: Python, PHP, TypeScript (Node.js/React).
* Familiarity with WordPress is a plus.
* Ability to connect business needs with practical technical solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to manage development work from start to finish with minimal oversight.
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders.
* Availability for at least 6 hours of overlap between 6 AM – 2 PM PST.
* Comfortable working in lean, fast-paced teams with high autonomy.
Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate based on skills and experience.
* Hourly position with monthly payments via wire transfer.
