Hotel Sales and Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Hotel Sales and Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and acquiring a client portfolio, executing the expansion plan for the assigned market, and defining goals in collaboration with the management team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain strong business relationships with hotels in your portfolio, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve mutual goals.
* Rate Optimization: Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to optimize inventory, availability, and competitiveness of rates offered through the Reservations Center.
* Negotiation and Partnership Development: Negotiate conditions with hotels to maximize conversion and ensure the highest competitiveness index for the assigned properties.
* Market Analysis and Insight: Utilize data analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing strategic decisions to drive business growth.
* Marketing Strategy and Support: Collaborate with the Business Acceleration area to develop and implement effective online marketing and direct sales strategies, enhancing the visibility and appeal of partner hotels.
* New Opportunities and Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including product offerings and services, to drive revenue growth and expand the hotel portfolio.
Requirements:
* Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales, marketing, or a related field.
* Education: Education in tourism or a related field.
* Skillset: Excellent customer orientation, negotiation skills, and advanced level of English.
