Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Analyst to provide remote computer and IT system support to employees.
This role requires excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a larger team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze issues and formulate solutions to ensure timely resolution.
* Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware issues to minimize downtime.
* Ensure customers are updated on ticket progress through regular communication.
* Work remotely with customers to solve problems in a prompt and professional manner.
* Utilize internal IT knowledge base to provide and find solutions to known issues efficiently.
* Research and resolve issues using external information sources effectively.
* Update ticket tracking system with status and fixes to maintain accurate records.
* Properly escalate issues to necessary parties as required for prompt resolution.
Qualifications and Skills
* Associate's degree student in Information Systems or equivalent program, or proven track record of IT experience.
* Knowledge delivering IT solutions within a corporate environment is essential.
* Experience working in mixed Mac and Windows environments is a must.
* Experience in advertising and/or marketing industry is preferred but not required.
* Experience in centrally managed computer environments is a plus.
* Supporting A/V environments is an added advantage.
