Senior Project Manager Role
Leading our software development projects requires a highly skilled Senior Project Manager.
* Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including Technical Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts to ensure seamless project execution.
* Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets that meet customer expectations.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on application/software development, driving success through strategic planning and effective resource allocation.
For this role, we are seeking an experienced IT project management professional with at least 8 years of experience in Agile environments, specifically focusing on application/software development. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft DevOps is required, particularly in managing user stories, epics, sprints, and Agile metrics such as burndown charts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and coordinate project timelines, resources, and budget to ensure timely completion and within scope.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring continuous improvement and high-quality deliverables.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
Requirements:
* At least 8 years of IT project management experience in an Agile environment.
