About the Role
Operate Talent is recruiting on behalf of an international client seeking a motivated Business Intelligence Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of data-driven projects across global teams.
This opportunity is designed for candidates at an early stage in their careers who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, multicultural, and international environment.
Project Structure
* This role is offered on a project basis, with an initial 6-month engagement period.
* During this time, you will contribute to defined projects and deliverables, with performance and outcomes reviewed for potential extension or continuation.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Delivery
* Support the planning and execution of business intelligence and data analytics projects
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, engineers, and stakeholders
* Track project timelines, deliverables, and potential risks
* Assist in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule
Communication & Reporting
* Facilitate communication between regional and international teams
* Support the development of reports, dashboards, and performance insights
* Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation
Collaboration & Environment
* Work effectively within multicultural and distributed teams
* Contribute to a collaborative and solutions-oriented work environment
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Interest in data, analytics, and project management
* Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
* Fluency in Arabic and English is required due to collaboration with Arabic-speaking stakeholders and clients
Nice to Have
* Internship or initial experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or project coordination
* Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
* Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts
