We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery for non-technical roles at our organization. This professional will be responsible for managing sourcing, talent planning, capacity management, and internal supply optimization.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the single point of contact between Internal Delivery and Talent Fulfilment teams.
* Manage multiple client requirements concurrently while facilitating sourcing candidates and talent planning.
* Conduct talent pool assessments to identify supply-demand gaps.
* Activate external sourcing channels when necessary.
* Oversee resource planning and capacity management to ensure timely ramp-ups for customer-side roles.
* Collaborate with Delivery Leads to understand project requirements and talent expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
* 7–12 years of experience in talent operations, recruitment delivery, or resource planning within IT services or global staffing environments.
* Proven experience in client-side hiring setups and resource & capacity management.
* Data analysis and reporting skills – able to extract insights and drive data-backed decisions.
Nice to Have
* Experience in non-technical recruitment delivery or managing customer-side talent fulfilment.
