Web Development Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to lead the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of our website and Headless CMS ecosystem. As a skilled front-end expert, you will be responsible for architecting and developing fast, scalable, and reliable web solutions using React and Strapi.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience building front-end applications with React and advanced experience working with Headless CMS platforms, particularly Strapi (v4+; v5 preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop high-performance front-end solutions using React and Strapi.
* Rebuild, refine, and optimize existing website sections to improve performance and user experience.
* Maintain Core Web Vitals in the green by utilizing real-user monitoring and observability tools.
* Design, implement, and manage content structures, schemas, and data models in Strapi v5.
* Integrate CMS features with analytics and marketing tools such as Vercel, Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot APIs, and Google Analytics.
* Automate deployment workflows and repetitive development tasks to improve efficiency.
* Collaborate closely with design, content, and product teams to ensure seamless execution.
* Evaluate and responsibly incorporate AI-assisted development tools that enhance productivity without compromising code quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years of hands-on experience building front-end applications with React.
* Advanced experience working with Headless CMS platforms, particularly Strapi (v4+; v5 preferred).
* Proficiency with Vercel, GitHub, continuous deployment, and server-side integrations.
* Solid understanding of API configuration and consumption within Headless CMS environments.
* Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and deploy fixes in real-time production environments.
* Demonstrated experience improving conversion rates and running A/B testing experiments.
* Strong knowledge of analytics tools and CMS integrations.
