The training operations coordinator role is critical in ensuring seamless delivery of training sessions and overseeing all activities within the service.
Main responsibilities include analyzing training needs, initiating and managing requests for session creation and modification, organizing training events, coordinating with the team, and maintaining adherence to workflow and processes using a CRM tool.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, exposure to an international work environment, a high-level understanding of the training landscape, customer service-oriented approach, and fluency in English.
