Quality Assurance and Translation Specialist
This is an administrative position focused on document review, proofreading, and translation quality assessment.
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will provide quality assessments of language translation projects to ensure we meet our client's standards.
The role involves working with the Project Management Team to clarify project parameters, collaborating with vendors worldwide, and implementing process improvements using available technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a highly-focused, detail-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete quality review of translations.
* Collaborate with Project Management Team to clarify project parameters.
* Communicate effectively with vendors worldwide in order to reconcile any found errors.
* Implement process improvements using available technology solutions.
