Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Construction, located in Catanduva, SP. The Director of Construction will oversee project planning, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, and manage all construction-related activities. Responsibilities include supervising project execution, coordinating with stakeholders, managing procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires effective leadership to guide teams and manage resources efficiently.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Budgeting and Cost Management to effectively oversee project finances
* Proficiency in Procurement processes to manage materials and services efficiently
* Strong knowledge of Construction and Civil Engineering to ensure project success
* Leadership skills and project management expertise
* Excellent organizational and communication abilities
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
* Experience in managing large-scale construction projects is a plus
* Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety practices
