As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of Loyalty and Marketing Automation platforms in LATAM markets.
You will translate business needs into clear, actionable features, prioritize the product backlog for Loyalty and Marketing Automation initiatives, and collaborate with global and local teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in marketing tech or CRM, with a strong grasp of Agile methodology and sprint management.
They should also be familiar with MarTech tools - CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms, with excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
Agile certification is a plus, but not required.
