We are excited to announce an opening for an Architectural Lighting Designer to join our innovative team.
This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, allowing you to bring your creative lighting concepts to life for various architectural projects.
Responsibilities
Design and develop lighting schemes for a variety of architectural projects
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and clients to understand project vision and requirements
Create detailed lighting designs, specifications, and documentation
Utilize design software to produce lighting layouts and visualizations
Stay up-to-date with the latest lighting technologies and design trends
Conduct site visits and provide on-site guidance during installation
Ensure designs comply with relevant codes and standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architectural Lighting Design, Interior Design, or related field
Proven experience as an Architectural Lighting Designer with a strong portfolio of residential projects
Previous experience working for the U.S. Market
Proficiency in lighting design software, such as DIALux, Relux, or similar applications
Strong understanding of lighting principles, techniques, and energy efficiency
Excellent communication skills in English and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
