Descrição da vaga: This position will be responsible for IT solutions design, systems implementation and support, working as technical/functional senior systems analyst in collaboration with others IT, vendors, customers and business workstreams in Brazil and Latam region for Lead Logistics Partner (LLP) business. Requisitos e Responsabilidades: Quais são os requisitos? - Experience attending meetings with customers/business to understand requirements, working on design solutions and systems implementation tasks (define, setup, development, unit tests, integration tests, training and support); - Technical background (hands on system setup&development, SQL, integration using APIs/EDIs); - Large experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS); - Experience with multidisciplinary technical teams/vendors; - Solution design and process oriented mindset; - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner; - Ability to guide and educate end-users on best practices and IT guidelines; - Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration between technical and non-technical teams; - English and Spanish proficiency; Dentre as suas principais responsabilidade, você irá encontrar: - Provide support for operations during hypercare implementation and ongoing phases (build and run), address resolution actions, work on troubleshootings and root-causes analysis; - Develop SQL´s and provide technical systems setup; - Create technical documentation (translate business requirements into understandable language for technical experts) and functional documentation (translate IT solution design into understandable language for non-technical business approval); - Support integration translation rules mapping sessions in EDI/API´s developments; - Gather requirements/masterdata and organize them to be used in systems implementation phase; - Execute systems unit and integration tests and ensure they meet the requirements; - Provide IT feasibility analysis, efforts estimates for quotations in improvements/implementation initiatives; - Work in collaboration with customer, business, key-users/super-users, vendors and others IT technical teams in systems implementation projects; - Provide IT products trainning for IT and business community, demo sessions and support workshops for requirements gathering and solutions design; - Work on pre-sales, analysing bid/requirements documents and provide the IT solution design.
