We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Digital Account Manager to act as the liaison between clients and our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth

2. Coordinate with internal teams to execute digital campaigns: media, creative, performance, branding, etc.

3. Provide strategic recommendations based on client goals and market context

4. Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and proactively optimize as needed
\
5. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value
\
6. Manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with transparency and accountability
\
7. Create and manage project plans to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects

8. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
