Job Description:
We are seeking a Regional Partner Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our channel ecosystem across the LATAM region and Brazil.
About the Role:
As a Regional Partner Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our presence across the region. You will focus on acquiring, onboarding, enabling, and developing our partners and ensure contracts, commercials, and systems are aligned to support our regional business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to recruit customers across the region.
- Strategize, plan, and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with your team and the partners in your region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at new and existing regional partners.
- Enable and activate partners by helping them grow their customer base with our market-leading SaaS backup service and teach them how to hunt for new business opportunities.
- Ensure customer & partner satisfaction by addressing issues and working closely with our sales, customer success, product & development teams.
- Maintain accurate and in-time records of all partner sales and prospecting activities in CRM and PRM systems to contribute to overview, accurate sales pipeline, and forecasting.
Requirements:
- Understanding of the regional partner ecosystem: To empower our partners, knowledge, and skills from the IT/SaaS industry on how to excel in the regional partner ecosystem consisting of resellers, system integrators, managed service providers, and distributors is an advantage.
- Stakeholder management: Having the competency to work with cross-functional teams and manage various stakeholders' perspectives is one of the keys to achieving success in the role. This calls for the ability to balance expectations and negotiate successful resolutions through effective communication skills and the ability to explain our solution in a simple manner.
- A structured approach to SaaS business development: We are looking for a person motivated by increasing partner revenue based on new sales opportunities. This requires the ability to organize and prioritize your tasks, maintain an elevated level of productivity, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: We are growing fast and looking for people who are motivated by a potential significant impact on our organization and achievements. The ideal candidate takes ownership and can think creatively to overcome the challenges that come from building new setups and defining processes and structure where there might not be one yet. In a scale-up environment we must quickly pivot in new directions if strategies change.
- Language: As RPM, you'll manage our partner network across Brazil and LATAM. Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is essential to build trust with local partners. Since you'll collaborate globally and report to the VP of Sales in the U.S., strong written and spoken English is also required.
