Senior Paid Media Specialist
This is a highly demanding role that requires expertise in managing and scaling paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads, focusing on Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands.
Key responsibilities include optimizing ad performance through data-driven decision-making, improving Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) & Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), as well as deep understanding of e-commerce metrics to drive profitability.
Requirements:
* +5 years of experience running Facebook & Google Ads campaigns
* +5 years of experience with Merchant Center
* Hands-on experience with e-commerce stores (Shopify knowledge is a plus)
* Proficiency with Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign management
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on revenue-driving decisions
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Experience with remarketing & dynamic product ads
* Proven expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
* Experience working with external feed management platforms (DataFeedWatch or Channable)
Bonus Points:
* Familiarity with creative strategy & ad copywriting for e-commerce
* Knowledge of email marketing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance funnel efficiency
* Experience working with DTC brands in apparel, streetwear, or fashion
