Responsibilities:
-Lead a large team related to provide service and guidance on Ethics & Compliance matters addressed to Partners US based.
- Learn and apply Independence policy
- Reporting on the performance of the team to monitor volum and quality follow internal standards SLAs and adjust processes consequently.
- Writing & periodical review of SOP processes
Requirements:
- Education: bachelor degree related to business. Knowledge on US regulations is a plus
- English proficiency (oral & written).
- Experience: +5 years background in Contact Centers, leading teams. Interviewing candidates is a plus.
- Digital tools: MS365, Excel advanced.
Nice to have:
-Digital tools: PowerBI &/or Alteryx for visualizations
Soft Skills: strong communication skills (oral-written), leadership, problem solving, analytical, deadlines accomplishment, open to learn digital tools & upskilling.
