Learning Development Manager
We seek a seasoned professional to lead the design and delivery of impactful learning programs that enhance global talent, accelerate career growth, and drive business success.
* Responsibilities:
* Create high-quality training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
* Evaluate post-training effectiveness and implement reinforcement strategies to ensure knowledge retention and application on-the-job.
* Monitor key metrics, including time-to-perform, new hire ramp-up, training completion rates, and talent readiness for future roles.
Requirements
* 8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
* Proven expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies; relevant certifications are a plus.
* Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Brightspace.
